Word Raccoon is fighting a slight cold.
I know. I know. Poor wee beastie. Wasn’t she just sick with something else?
It’s not a big deal, but enough to cause her to power down nonessentials.
Despite being asked to verify her identity online so she can onboard for new work tasks, she’s waiting until tomorrow when, she claims, her hair will look better. (There’s time.)
She likewise is opting out of nonessential communications.
She slept in way past her usual time on Sunday morning and doesn’t mind at all.
All she has done all day (it’s still Sunday, not that it matters) is watch TV crime dramas. She calls it a “being a zero” day. She’s borrowing that from somewhere, but she doesn’t remember where.
She also started the dishwasher.
While doing all of this watching, she had what she calls the “perfect” microdrama idea come to her. She wonders if it’s been done, and if not, she thinks it would be so fun.
WR, we are supposed to be exploring microdramas, not writing them just yet.
She told me to go stand in the rain. (I think it’s raining? Not sure.)
Isn’t she feeling full of herself today, when the only other thing she has one is eat pumpkin yogurt-covered pretzels (she made me buy more). She also made one meal today, so she’s feeling accomplished. Ha.
I would scold her for her indolence, but that microdrama idea? I wish I had been the one to have it. And if it takes eating too many snacks and sitting on the sofa all damn day, gorl go off.
WR’s use of slang, even through me, is cringe. (Wait, are the kids still saying cringe?) But she won’t stop because she says using it activates a different part of her brain that she swears keeps her young. Young or immature, WR?
No one answer that, please.
Drema
P.S. WR and I highly recommend Cupertino if you like law dramas. This one covers some thought-provoking topics. I feel like I can’t say more without spoiling it.
